- With the space and versatility of a multi-purpose vehicle and the handling and driving comfort of a grand limousine, the all-new VLE combines the best of two worlds. Thanks to its exemplary efficiency, new 800-volt technology and high-performance charging, you can drive more than 700km (WLTP)[1] on a single battery charge. Whether you need a vehicle for exclusive shuttle services or your leisure activities, the electric VLE offers exemplary comfort and elegance for you and up to seven passengers.
Easy to operate, a pleasure to drive.
Ease into the modern cockpit of the VLE and you immediately recognise this vehicle as a digital native. The large, meticulously crafted glass surface of the instrument panel houses up to three displays. Much like your mobile devices, many functions can be operated via voice command or touch input. Like a well-appointed room, the interior design comes with numerous individualisation options. Whichever style you choose, you will be impressed by the unique wraparound effect of the VLE.
Electric powertrain and range.
The VLE offers an impressive range of more than 700km (WLTP)[1], perfect for long-range journeys. If you want to align the length of your coffee breaks with the charging times, perhaps order an espresso instead of a cappuccino, because the VLE can recharge up to 320km of range in a mere 15 minutes.[2] More than 300kW standard fast-charging capability at 800-volt fast-charging stations, exemplary efficiency, and a powerful NMC battery technology with 115kWh make it possible.
A space of possibilities.
Whether relaxing or working, three to six seats in the rear compartment of the VLE can be used in a versatile way. Featuring cup holders, folding tables, USB-C ports, a temperature-controlled storage compartment, and storage drawers under the seats, you’ll enjoy a variety of functional equipment options. Whatever you have planned, everyone will keep a cool head, thanks to the optional automatic dual-zone climate control for the rear.
Infotainment for rear passengers at the highest level.
With an extendable 79.5cm (31.3") high-resolution display, MBUX Rear Space Experience brings information and entertainment in the rear to a new level. Want to watch a movie, play games, or participate in a video conference? How about more than one at the same time. Care of the split-screen function, the display can be divided vertically and populated with different content. Or, if you simply prefer to enjoy the view from the vehicle, the display moves back into its ‘garage’ above the driver’s and front passenger seats.
Impressive sound experience on all seats.
The Burmester® 3D surround sound system with 22 speakers, 750W of system power, and Dolby Atmos® is another standout, letting you enjoy optimised sound for every seat row. The individually controlled speakers and powerful DSP amplifier pamper you with a perfectly tuned sound experience. Digital Extras
Discover the full potential of your VLE with Digital Extras from Mercedes‑Benz. Enjoy intelligent features like the MBUX Virtual Assistant and Remote Variable Rear Space, allowing you to conveniently configure the seats directly via the Mercedes‑Benz App. Elevate your drive with services such as MBUX Navigation, available free for a limited period after purchase. As your needs evolve, your VLE can too with optional extras such as GUARD 360° vehicle protection, MBUX Augmented Reality, or the projection functions of DIGITAL LIGHT.
Impressive front design
From the first sight of the VLE, its intention is clear. Part of the latest generation of Mercedes‑Benz electric vehicles, its front profile radiates presence, offering design features with distinctive character and striking visual elements.
Reimagined, iconic grille
The front of the VLE features a reinterpreted, brand‑defining illuminated grille. A standing star on the bonnet or an integrated central star further emphasises its identity, complemented by star‑shaped daytime running lights available with optional DIGITAL LIGHT.
Aerodynamic design
The aerodynamically sculpted silhouette flows seamlessly into an expressively designed rear with arc‑shaped taillights.
Up to 55.9cm (22") light-alloy wheels
The VLE is equipped with distinctive yet understated 48.3cm (19") light‑alloy wheels. Further customisation is available with 55.9cm (22") AMG light‑alloy wheels.
Impressive equipment
The VLE features LED High Performance headlamps, 48.3cm (19") light‑alloy wheels, flush‑mounted door handles, two electric sliding doors with fully retractable windows, and the Mercedes‑Benz star on the bonnet.
AMG Line
The central Mercedes‑Benz star in the iconic grille is the notable feature of this equipment level. Besides the 50.8cm (20”) AMG light‑alloy wheels, the AMG Line includes trim elements in brushed aluminium‑look, sports pedals, and a black roofliner.
AMG Line Plus
Pure dynamism with expressive details, this builds upon the AMG Line. It includes the Night package with black and dark chrome accents, an AMG Line sports seat package with red contrast stitching and seat belts, and 53.3cm (21") AMG light‑alloy wheels.
EXCLUSIVE
The EXCLUSIVE equipment level stands out at first glance thanks to the radiator grille in ICONIC design with illuminated frame, and chrome trim elements in bumper and sill panels. Inside, it features Seat Design Excellence and an open‑pore wood trim element.
MBUX Superscreen
Three screens are located behind a large glass surface, including a 35.6cm (14”) screen for the front passenger. This optional equipment allows the front passenger to enjoy their own personalised entertainment experience, such as video streaming, gaming or other apps.[1]
Multiple centre consoles to choose from
Wirelessly charge smartphones, store drinks, and warm or cool food with multiple centre console options. The highlight is the centre console, with two temperature‑controlled storage compartments.
Roll & Go
The new Roll & Go concept for manually adjustable seats offers a convenient way to move and remove seats quickly and easily, in any position. When removed, the seats can easily be rolled into storage on four, integrated wheels.
Remote Variable Rear Space
In the VLE, Remote Variable Rear Space redefines the intelligent use of space. Thanks to MB.OS, all electrically adjustable rear seats and bench can be moved via app and head unit, with four predefined configurations.
Electric seats with exemplary comfort
Beyond mere convenience, the Grand Comfort seats in the first rear seat row offer extraordinary comfort, including massage function, an additional pillow, lumbar support, calf support, and wireless charging.
