Safety Systems Subaru EyeSight® Driver Assist
Adaptive Cruise Control The smart Adaptive Cruise Control function maintains the speed range set by the driver, but also tracks the vehicle in front and automatically adjusts your speed to ensure you remain at a constant, pre-set distance. The distance maintained from the vehicle in front can be adjusted via the EyeSight® steering wheel button, to suit the speed you are travelling. Lane Departure Warning Maintain your sporty driving lines effortlessly and safely, with this EyeSight® feature which watches the road lane markings and constantly monitors your vehicle's position within them. It then alerts you, via an audible and visual warning, if it detects that the vehicle is potentially moving out of the lane. Pre-Collision Braking System This autonomous braking system helps the driver slow down or come to a complete stop if a car, pedestrian or obstacle is detected in front of the vehicle by the EyeSight® cameras. The system alerts the driver and if they fail to take evasive action, the brakes can be applied automatically to help prevent a potential impact.
Safety Systems Subaru's Vision Assist
Reverse Automatic Braking (RAB) Feel a genuine connection to your surroundings when you're reversing. BRZ's rear sonar sensors will alert you if an object is detected behind the vehicle. Then if you don’t react to the warning, Reverse Automatic Braking can apply the brakes if a collision is imminent. Available on automatic transmission BRZ variants, this function helps avoid or reduce the severity of a rear collision. Blind Spot Monitor Using rear radar sensors, Blind Spot Monitor can detect approaching vehicles and warn the driver. A warning light appears on the side mirror to indicate the presence of a vehicle in the blind spot and if the driver indicates to move out of their lane, the light will flash a further warning. High Beam Assist Monitoring the road ahead, High Beam Assist (HBA) supports the driver by adjusting the head lamps to the conditions. In low light conditions HBA can automatically turn on high beam to provide a deeper field of vision if there’s an empty road ahead. While HBA will switch to low beam when an oncoming vehicle is detected.

Full-sized spare wheel
For convenience and peace of mind the Subaru BRZ range feature a full‑sized spare wheel and tyre ready to spring into action in case of a puncture. Stored in the rear of the vehicle, it will quickly get you back on the road with no loss of driving performance.
1. The Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) is the minimum future value of your vehicle as determined by Subaru Financial Services (SFS) and set out in your contract. At the end of the term, you can select from three options: (1) sell or trade in the vehicle and repay your loan balance; (2) return the vehicle to us; or (3) retain the vehicle by paying the GFV amount, which is a lump sum amount owed to us at the end of the loan term. Total interest payable on the loan will be higher than a loan with no GFV. Monthly repayments will be lower compared to a similar loan term with no GFV or no equivalent balloon final payment.
