I found both of them very professional to deal with to the point that when I expressed an interest to David that I also wanted to look at Mazda's he took the time to take me across to introduce me to Peter. My wife and I ended up deciding on the Mazda over the Subaru however I feel David had a part in the Purchase even though it was not the make of the vehicle he looks after.

Also Peter kept me informed during the transaction process and worked with me to achieve the sale for him and the purchase that I wanted.

" I must admit that this is the first time in many years that I have written a letter of praise for first class service. This serves also to illustrate my point that when you receive first class service these days it is very noticeable because it rarely ever happens. Over the past 12-18 months we have had some problems with our Mercedes Viano bought at your dealership that has been less than impressive in terms of product quality. I would highly commend Mr Eyers and suggest you have a very valuable asset in retention of business into the future including buying new cars. In 2001 I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Central Coast Nissan, and when the first service was due I took the vehicle to Central Coast Nissan. This was where I met Robert Donovan Nissans Service Manager and Christine Andonas. From that day on I have always had a fantastic relationship and service from these two staff. Nothing has been a problem for Robert Donovan, he has carried out repairs, servicing and even offered advice on the servicing of the vehicle out of the normal scheduled servicing at my request. Due to this great service I purchased a second Nissan in 2003, this vehicle has gone there for every service as well. There was a time when Rob Donovan was absent from Central Coast Nissan and I have to say that the service went down considerably to the point I was going to take my vehicles away from there. I was very glad when he returned in about 2005, 2006 somewhere there and since then the service has again been very good. This great customer service has me now thinking of updating one of my vehicles and it will be another Nissan, because I have trust in Robert Donovan as the service manager. Please pass these comments onto his supervisor and the two staff mentioned, as I am sure that you receive a lot of bad emails, and I wanted to give your company and these staff the recognition they deserve."
